  • For Sale Sign: I will place a professional sign, which includes my contact information, on your property immediately.

  • Flyer Box: I will place a waterproof flyer box next to the yard sign with data sheets that advertise your home to “drive-by buyers.”

  • Professional Pictures: Your pictures on our marketing materials and the internet will look amazing because a professional photographer will take the pictures! Great pictures are critical, as potential buyers will decide whether or not they would like to see your house based on this first impression. The professional photographer offers the best pictures, as he takes the pictures from the best angles and uses a wide angle lense, which makes the rooms look enormous.

  • Virtual Tour: The professional photographer will also create a virtual tour. Through the virtual tour, your house will “come to life” on the internet and buyers will get a much better feel for your house. The link to the virtual tour will be included on MLS as well as many other internet sites.

  • Flyers (Custom Data Sheets): You can choose flyer templates, or customize the flyer completely to your liking!

  • Lock Box: I will place a lock box at your property providing ready access to your home for all agents by appointment.

  • Brochure Packet: I will develop a custom, color brochure packet for your home. These packets are placed inside your home for potential buyers who view your home. Each packet includes a color photo, a features page, a copy of the MLS page, a floor plan, any warranties you would like to include, and all required property disclosures.

  • Community Information Booklet: I will develop a community booklet with important documents regarding your community, homeowners’ association, nearby points of interest, school information, and much more! This booklet is placed alongside the brochure packets for the buyers to look through and find more detailed information.
