As Your Agent, I promise to give you the top service from day one until after closing!
- Offer to Contract: Together we will review every aspect of each offer you receive to ensure that you have a full understanding of the terms and deadlines to which you and the buyer are agreeing. We will also discuss all the pros and cons of each offer so that you can make an informed decision as to whether or not you want to accept an offer, make a counter offer, or submit a memo to buyer.
- Negotiation: I will listen to all your needs and negotiate the best possible price and terms for you.
- Closing Coordination: I will communicate regularly with the Buyer's Agent and the Closing Attorney to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Home Inspection: I will be at your home for the entire duration of the home inspection so that I have a full understanding of all the repairs the home inspector recommends.
- Repairs: Together we will review all the repairs the Buyer requests. I will also help you find a quality contractor and be at the home while the contractor makes the repairs.
- Final Walk-Through: I will be present during the Buyer's final walk-through to ensure that everything is in order.
- Settlement Statement: I will review the settlement statement (HUD-1) in full detail, make sure all the numbers are correct, and explain all charges to you in full detail so that you can go to closing with a peaceful mind!
- Closing: I will accompany you to closing to ensure that the final steps go smoothly!
- Post Closing: I will call you to make sure that your move is going well and to see if there is anything else I can do for you.
