As Your Agent, I will communicate extensively with you so that you are aware of everything that I am doing to promote your home, the feedback received from buyers, and how the market in your area is doing.

  • Marketing: I will market your home on numerous websites and in various print publications so that your home gets the publicity it needs to attract potential buyers! Please see the "Marketing Services" tab for details.
  • Follow-Up: I will contact the buyer's agent after showings to further promote your home, answer questions, ask for constructive criticism, and determine the level of interest from the buyer.
  • Monthly CMAs: I will provide you with an updated comparative market analysis (CMA) every month so that we can make sure that your list price is competitive with the other homes as the market changes.
  • Tracking the Competition: I will preview and monitor homes that I consider to be your top competition. Afterall, buyers looking at your home are most likely also looking at these homes. I will also set up your very own website so that you can see detailed information regarding these homes as well!
