As Your Agent, I will promote your home to both potential buyers as well as the local Realtors. 

• Targeted Agent Promotion: By reverse prospecting, I will send out an email with a softcopy of the flyer brochure to all the agents who have indicated that they have a buyer who is looking for a home with the same features as your home. An email will be sent when your home is listed and before each Open House or price change.

• Agent Promotion: I will send out an email with a softcopy of the flyer brochure to active agents who work in the area. An email will be sent when your home is listed and before each Open House or price change.

• Direct Mailing Campaign: Your home will be advertised through direct mailings (post cards, flyers, etc) to reach potential home buyers who would be most interested in your property.
