Home Search Process:

As Your Agent, I am available to help you during and after normal business hours, 7 days a week. Once we have narrowed down what you are looking for in a home, the real fun starts… we will perform a detailed home search and start looking at houses!

  • Your Own Personalized Home Search Website: I will set-up your very own personalized home search website so that you can see detailed information for all the homes within the search criteria you outlined. This website is automatically updated each morning to reflect new listings, price changes, etc. Whenever a new listing is added or updated, you will automatically be notified via email. Consequently, you will be the first to know if a new home within your search criteria comes on the market or is updated! This website also allows you to keep track of the homes you like, the homes you kind of like, and the homes you do not like.

  • Market Search: I will complete a thorough market search for all homes listed in your price range and point out all the homes that are priced below market value and might be a “good deal”.

  • Home Tours: I will arrange private showings for any and all the properties you wish to see. I am available to show you homes 7 days a week, during and after regular business hours!

  • Answering your Questions: I will research and obtain answers to any and all questions you may have about the house or area.
