Home Buying Process: Before we start looking at homes, we will go over the steps involved in buying a home so that you know exactly what to expect from day one until after Closing.

Loan Application Process: I will arrange a free, no-obligation meeting with a foremost lender so that you can become familiar with the process of getting a loan as well as the types of loans that are available to you. We will also review the pros and cons for each loan so that you can make an informed decision about the type of loan you would like to pursue.

Estimated Closing Costs: Together we will review the typical closing costs which you can expect, including attorney fees, lender fees, inspection fees, etc.

Pre-Qualification: I will arrange a free, no-obligation pre-qualification meeting for you with a foremost lender to find out exactly how much you qualify to borrow. We will also work the process “backwards” by discussing your ideal monthly payment, and then figuring out how much that equates as a loan.

Listening to Your Needs: Together we will review all pertinent information for your home search process. Not only will we review all the features that you want and do not want in a home, but we will also review other aspects such as your ideal time frame for buying a home, steps that need to first happen before you can move (i.e.: getting the job, selling a home, etc), your financing options, and much more!
