As Your Agent, I promise to give you the top quality service from our first meeting until after closing! Not only will I make sure that everything leading up to closing goes smoothly, I will also contact you after closing to make sure that you have everything that you need and that you are happy in your new home!

  • Settlement Statement: I will review the settlement statement (HUD-1) in full detail, make sure all the numbers are correct, and explain all charges to you in full detail so that you can go to closing with a peaceful mind!

  • Final Walk-Through: I will set-up and be present during your final walk-through of the home to ensure that everything is in order.

  • Closing: I will accompany you to closing to ensure that the final steps go smoothly!

  • Post Closing: I will call you a couple of days after closing to make sure that your move is going well and to see if there is anything else I can do for you.
